Bouwe Brouwer Joins UP!
We are very pleased to welcome our newest member, Bouwe Brouwer.
Hailing from Sneek in the Nertherlands, Bouwe trained as an illustrator before discovering writing and later photography.
From haiku poetry to short stories and photography, Bouwe Brouwer draws inspiration in the observation of everyday life : « It can be exhilarating to photograph on your street, because suddenly it’s not the street you thought you knew, but a whole new world you discover. I love it when people ask me: “Where did you take these pictures? Then they are always surprised to learn that they came from my garden, the corner shop or the racetrack near my house.” »
Please join us in wishing Bouwe a warm welcome to UP!
