Jesse Marlow is based in Melbourne, Australia. Over the last 17 years he has worked for a range of local and international magazines, newspapers and commercial clients. His first book Centre Bounce: Football from Australia’s Heart (Hardie Grant Books) was published in 2003. Images from the series have been published extensively, both in Australia and internationally. In 2005 he published a book of street photographs titled Wounded (Sling Shot Press). Wounded won the Mc Naughton Review 2005 Book Design category. Marlow was selected to participate in the World Press Photo – Joop Swart Masterclass in 2006. In 2010 he was profiled in the book Street Photography Now (Thames & Hudson). In 2011 he was the inaugural winner of the International Street Photography Prize. Marlow won the MGA Bowness Prize in 2012. Jesse’s latest book Don’t Just Tell Them, Show Them was published by M.33 in 2014. Jesse Marlow is represented by M.33 (Melbourne).
