WHO? I was born Sarajevo in the former Yugoslavia. I moved to London when I was eight years old, just before all the madness started back home. I have been intrigued about most forms of art since I was a kid. Music was the first to make a profound impact on me when I was young. For some reason, the need of having a camera was a recent urge – I have been pretty ignorant about the world of photography until fairly recently.
Interview with Orietta Gelardin Spinola
WHO? I am a graphic designer born in Madrid to an American father and an Italian mother. I have been very inspired by my mother’s social photography, as well as by one of my three brothers who used to shoot on the streets during the 70’s and 80’s.
Interview with Eléonore Simon
WHO? I’m a photographer, patient observer, insatiable traveler and woman of few words. I was born in the United States to French parents, and spent my childhood moving from place to place, in different countries and various regions of France. I moved to New York after my art history studies, and from then on became more and more involved with photography, taking courses whenever I could, from darkroom printing to book design, before working in the field.
Interview with Stylianos Papardelas
WHO? I am Stylianos and I grew up in different parts of Greece. My parents used to move a lot, so I had to adapt to new environments and make new friends very often. When I was little, Greece was a place that children could still just leave the house in the morning and come back at night. So I grew up learning the ability to spontaneously run around and explore my surroundings freely. There was no limit, and when there was, I was determined to break it.
